Our polished concrete flooring includes 4000 PSI concrete, shoe moulding, and 1 Uncover/Recover. Stain and/or polish colors for this option are selected in the field during construction with a decorative/ polished concrete professional. 
 
Polished concrete flooring uses your home's foundation as a finished floor surface. It may have cracks, uneven finishes, leaf prints, light shoe prints, scars, stains, small holes/ voids, and other imperfections not specifically listed here. Cretin Townsend Homes cannot guarantee that the color of the floor will match the color of the sample viewed during construction. Homeowner MUST be present at a consultation with the decorative concrete contractor on-site.
